Version: 1.0 · Effective 15 August 2026

By installing, activating, or using Rapid Radial you agree to this Agreement. If you do not

agree, do not install or use the Software, and request a refund under the policy in section 9.

1. What you are buying

You are buying a license to use the Software, not the Software itself. We keep all ownership

of it. Your license is:

license is already valid offline — it simply refreshes the stored file, which is how we can stop

a license that has been revoked (for example after a chargeback or a shared key). It never

interrupts you, and it happens no more than once a week.

check silently does nothing and you carry on. In practice you can stay completely offline for

about three months before the Software asks you to reconnect.

grace period after it lapses; when online, it is refreshed opportunistically at most once every

7 days.)*

Transferring your license. You may permanently transfer your license to another person if you

transfer it in full, keep no copies, unregister your machines first, and the recipient accepts

this Agreement. Notify us at the contact address so we can move the record.

third-party distributor to your computer, under FFmpeg's own license. You are responsible for

your use of it, including any patent considerations in your jurisdiction.

6. Open-source components — and your rights in them

Rapid Radial includes open-source software, including Qt via PySide6 and pynput, licensed

under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3 (LGPL v3). The complete notices, license texts,

and a written offer for the corresponding source are included with the Software and reachable from

the menu-bar icon → Third-Party Notices….

Carve-out (this overrides section 4 where they conflict). Nothing in this Agreement limits the

rights the LGPL grants you in those components. Specifically, you may modify the LGPL components

for your own use, reverse engineer for the purpose of debugging such modifications, and relink

the Software against your modified versions. Doing so does not breach this Agreement — but the

result is unsupported, and we may decline support for a modified installation.

Support is offered in English.

8. Your content and privacy

We do not claim any rights in your projects, media, or output. The Software processes your media

locally on your computer. Our handling of the limited data involved in licensing is described

in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

10. Warranty disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT

NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND

NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that

it will remain compatible with future versions of DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may

not apply to you. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,

SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, **LOST OR CORRUPTED

PROJECTS OR MEDIA**, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENSE IN

THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Back up your work. Rapid Radial automates actions inside your editing application — inserting

media, applying effects, creating and rebuilding bins, running scripts you supply. Keep backups of

your projects and media.

12. Term and termination

This Agreement lasts until terminated. It terminates automatically if you materially breach it —

in particular sections 4 or 6. On termination you must stop using the Software and remove it from

your computers. Sections 8, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.

13. General

rules. The courts located in Texas have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek

injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing here removes any mandatory

consumer protection or statutory right you have under the law of the country where you live.
